ApoloJedi: May the Word be with you.

 

Padawan: The Word?

ApoloJedi: The Word is what gives the ApoloJedi his strength. It’s the very words of life from Elohim. It guides us and penetrates even to the dividing of soul and spirit. It come from beyond the galaxy altogether.

 

ApoloJedi: Yes, an ApoloJedi’s strength flows from the Word.  But beware of the dark side. Unbelief, anger, aggression; the dark side are they.

ApoloJedi: Your eyes can deceive you; don’t trust them. Stretch out with your faith.

ApoloJedi: Who’s the more foolish; the fool, or the fool who believes that there’s no God?”

ApoloJedi: Now, witness the power of this fully operational rhetoric!

ApoloJedi: Unbelief is the path to the dark side. Unbelief leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering.

 

Padawan: How am I to know the good from the bad?

ApoloJedi: You will know when you are calm and when you compare it to the Bible.

 

ApoloJedi: Size matters not. Look at me. Judge me by my size, do you? Hmm. And well you should not. For my ally is the Word, and a powerful ally it is. Profitable for reproof it is. The attitudes of the heart does it judge.

 

Padawan: You’re an ApoloJedi Knight, aren’t you?
ApoloJedi: What makes you think that?
Padawan: I saw your leather-bound Bible. Only ApoloJedi carry that kind of weapon.
ApoloJedi: Perhaps I killed an ApoloJedi and took it from him.
Padawan: I don’t think so. No one can kill an ApoloJedi.
ApoloJedi: I wish that were so.

 

Padawan: What is it?
ApoloJedi: Your father’s Bible. This is the weapon of an ApoloJedi. Not as clumsy or random as indulgences; an elegant weapon for a more civilized age. For over a thousand years, the ApoloJedi Knights were the guardians of peace and justice in Christendom. Before the dark times… before the Rise of Evolution.

Padawan: There’s nothing for me here now. I want to learn the ways of the Word and become an ApoloJedi like my father.
